There are many ways to cook this dish, which name literally means crumbs. They can be made from breadcrumbs and from flour. This is the recipe my family uses for the flour-made dish.

Ingredientes / Ingredients:
- ½ kg. harina /flour.
- 3 vasos agua / cups of water.
- 1 vaso aceite / cup of olive oil.
- 1 manojo ajos tiernos / bunch of green garlic.
- 1 ñora seca / nyora (dried red round pepper).
- 1 cucharada rasa de sal (sopera) / table-spoonful of salt.
- Embutido: longaniza roja y blanca, tocino. / Sausages: red and white, pork fat.
Fry the sausages, pepper and garlic with oil and keep aside. Do not throw out the oil.
Put the water in another frying pan and heat. When it's warm, add the flour and salt and knead it with a wooden spatula. When they're done, pour the oil slowly and keep stirring and kneading.
Finally, add the sausages and it's ready! We use to eat migas when it's rainy - something that rarely happens around here. :-)
This time we hadn't pork fat nor green garlic, so we used a couple of cloves of garlic instead. It was delicious anyways. Libby, hope you enjoy this. ;-)
