One of this year's goals (as part of my "work more" resolution) will be to finish this blanket I started back in 2012. Being left behind by faster crocheters, I stopped getting e-mails with the instructions to make more blocks and then tossed the blanket in to the UFOs bag without thinking twice. On her first post of the year Sonieta wrote she was going to finish it and I decided to join her on our own mini-CAL. I still have a long way to catch up with her who is almost done but there is nothing like a hardcore fellow hooker's support to crochet non-stop until I finish...

... because I just counted the squares I need to make to join all blocks and they are around 150! This year my hooks are burning. :-)

      Besitos.

  3. You go girl!! It will be good to finish your project. Don't you hate how UFOs just nag at you when you think of them? I know all about that since I had one that was a UFO for 14 years. Ha ha, it was a great relief to mark that one done. I'm looking forward to seeing it soon. :)
Our weather is very cold again with just a little snow. I'm hoping for more snow so I can make a fool of myself sledding like a child. ;) Stay warm!

    1. Yes! Exactly! It has been nagging me for too long since I have to move that UFO bag out of the room twice a week for major cleaning. Time to work a bit on it and have it ready to use! I would love to see that 14 years UFO, by the way. Now you got me curious. :-)
Weather here is cold too although we don't have snow here in the South. Think of me when you're sledding so I can enjoy it a little bit too. ;-)

    1. ¡Gracias! ;-)

    1. Actually I can! A bit surprising that this huge amount of squares and ends to weave in don't feel like a burden at all.
