Summer madness

¡Viva yo!

Sock in progress
Little fairy sock

Over 100F at day, not less than 80F at nights, 50~80% humidity in a house without a/c, I am spending the last days of August knitting a pair of pure virgin wool socks by the window, trying to get some non-existent breeze. Cheers for me!

      Besos.

  5. May cool winds soon blow for you! You have my sympathies in the intense heatwave. Ours began early and finally we cooled down and now we are moderately hot again. I will not complain in winter.

That's a gorgeous gold/yellow yarn colorway! You are a knitting hero to keep your needles working in spite of the weather.
    Have a great week!

    1. Thank you! I can't wait for the weather to change. I also won't complain in winter after this awful summer. I am just hoping the "cold drop" this year doesn't hurt us as much as we are fearing.

¡Error! (pero no me quejo)

    1. Thank you! I couldn't resist buying this yarn when I saw it, too yummy. Mom says I will have to go out without shoes later so I can show these socks, otherwise it is a waste of time and effort. lol

    2. No, you'll just have to get a pair of clear clogs like this: http://www.knittersdreamstore.com/servlet/the-701/Clear-garden-clogs-womens/Detail

    3. I will be banned from town if I go out like that. But I'd love it!
